Contract specifications

Recent European directives impose the control of every heating system’s configuration. According to the latter, the installer has to formulate recommendations to the operator in order to improve the system’s energy efficiency. Each heating system will have to go through the single inspection process, called Heizungscheck (heating analysis). Genista, your reference installer, offers to carry out the Heizungscheck during the next revision or maintenance session.

After the visit of our technician and the execution of the Heizungscheck lasting approximately one hour, you will receive:

• Your Heizungscheck certificate (sent by our secretariat after the visit)
• A list of potential adjustments to your heating system
• A price offer relating to the adjustments listed above

This option includes the following services:

• Tightness test
• Measurement of antifreeze content (additives are not included herein)
• Control of the pressures and temperatures of the primary and secondary circuits

This option includes the following services:

• Performance monitoring (inlet and outlet air or water temperatures)
• Control of exchangers (condenser, evaporator)
• Condensate water flow control
• Control of operating parameters (fluid temperatures and pressures)
• Leakage test of the refrigerant circuit
• Control of electrical circuits and safety devices
• Functional control of regulation and settings
• Checking the water circuit (pressure, direction of rotation of the pump, expansion tank, glycol content)
• Complete cleaning of the device
• Cleaning the condensate trays
• Cleaning the water filter

• Maintenance and adjustment according to manufacturer's recommendations

For submersible lift pumps, this option includes the following services:

• Operational check
• Control of the engagement levels
• Control of the rotation’s direction
• Control of the check valve
• Maneuvering and lubricating the valves
• Cleaning the pump strainer
• Cleaning (pit excluded)
• Internal cleaning of the non-return valve (if inspection hatch)

For Monobloc lift pumps, this option includes the following services:

• Operational check
• Control of the engagement levels
• Control of the rotation’s direction
• Control of the check valve
• Check the tightness of the tank
• Maneuvering and lubricating the valves
• Internal cleaning of the non-return valve (if inspection hatch)
• Cleaning the tray
• Control of the hand pump

For pressure pumps this option includes the following services:

• Operational check
• Control of the rotation’s direction
• Control of the expansion vessel
• Control of the check valve
• Check of the switching pressures and the cut-off (adjustment if necessary)
• Maneuvering and lubricating the valves

For rainwater harvesting systems, this option includes the following services:

• Operational check
• Control of the expansion vessel
• Checking the tightness of the system
• Control of the check valve
• Level control control of the secondary tank
• Check of the switching pressures and the cut-off (adjustment if necessary)
• Maneuvering and lubricating the valves
• Control of all actuators (solenoid valves etc.)
• Cleaning the installation (tanks excluded)

Case / Structure:
